What are agents?
Agents are MyDock users who can do more than just order products from the catalog. Such as approve orders, add products to the catalog, and configure integrations.
Do I need to choose a plan now?
No. Sign up for a trial now, and choose a plan when you're ready to upgrade.
Do I need a credit card to sign up for the trial?
No. We do not collect credit card information when you sign up for a trial account. Enter it when you're ready to upgrade your plan.
What happens at the end of my trial?
Upgrade to a plan if MyDock is right for you. If not, there's no need to cancel anything. Your account becomes inactive, but your data remains intact in case you decide to upgrade your plan another time.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime right from within MyDock.
Is there a discount for yearly plans?
Yes. There is a 10% discount if you upgrade to a yearly plan.
Do you provide a volume discount for large companies?
